The City Mission

For over a century, The City Mission has provided help and hope to Cleveland’s hurting and homeless.  Then as now, our work begins with meeting basic human needs of food, shelter, and clothing.  With the help of many faithful friends, we are able to give so much more.

Uplift Women & Kids at Laura’s Home

For women and children, we are a bridge from crisis to stability and self-sufficiency. With 166 beds and 61 rooms, Laura’s Home offers specialized wraparound services designed to empower families and individuals to live healthy lives. Children are supported through Pathways, which provides on-site after-school programming with academic, cultural and peer-to-peer experiences that contribute to their growth and development. It is our hope to offer life-changing, meaningful solutions to the women and children of Cleveland who need lasting change. And not simply for them, but for generations to come.

Support men in crisis at Crossroads Men’s Crisis Center

Every man’s journey to Crossroads is unique, but the one thing they each hold in common is a lack of stability. They may have overextended their relationships, been overtaken by an addiction, or struggled to gain traction after losing a job. Others have experienced a series of trauma, often a result of toxic environments, poverty, broken relationships and mental health challenges. Whatever the case, our doors are open.

For men in crisis, Crossroads is a place to rest, refocus, and restore individuals to lifelong self-sufficiency. Our individualized programs include classes, casework, and coaching designed to prepare men for the positive lives they were made to live. Our campus has capacity for about 90 men to participate in an individualized track program.

BigHearted Blooms, a non-profit organization, delivers joy through recycled flowers. We repurpose flower arrangements to lift the spirits and boost the emotional health of individuals in all forms of care facilities.
