Love Week

Seven Days of Service
Saturday, June 24 – Saturday, July 1, 2023

Love Week is our annual service week at Christ Church and everyone is welcome to participate! We do this to “live out” Christ’s challenge to serve others and meet their needs with no strings attached. This June, you’ll have the opportunity to share the love of Jesus in a tangible way that best suits your (and your family’s) availability and time.

From on-site service projects to “shop and drop” purchasing opportunities, there’s something for everyone. By blessing others, you will be blessed yourself!

FREE Love Week T-shirts will be given to every participant. Order yours today and wear it during your service project!

Spread the love by posting your photos on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.*

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind … And love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:37 & 39

* No photography permitted inside Laura’s Home women’s shelter and Renee Jones Empowerment Center.

Mission Pray!

Throughout the Bible, we are instructed that God does mighty work when His people pray – especially when they pray for others. That’s the heartbeat behind the Mission Pray service opportunity.

26 of our youth, along with 16 adult leaders, are heading to Tennessee on a mission trip June 25 – July 1, and our desire is to have each of them covered in prayer every day that they are gone. As a Mission Pray partner, you will be assigned a specific individual to pray for daily while they are away on the trip. You will be given more details in an email in the week before the youth / leaders leave. You are also invited to join us at the Columbia Station Campus on Sunday, June 25 at 8:00 am as we send the group off with prayer and love. Please join us in asking God to do a mighty work in the lives of those going to share the love and compassion of Christ as they serve.
