Join us for an opportunity to make new friends and have fun as we walk to a video-led workout. You can walk as much or as little as you like – it’s up to you! Don’t forget comfortable walking shoes!

Join us Friday mornings for Pilates fitness class to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control, endurance and balance in your body. Bring a mat, a bottle of water and a friend.

Make wellness a priority this year! You can start by joining our fun group on Saturday mornings for 20 minutes of group discussion followed by 40 minutes of intense strength training.
